Recruitment process:
Taking approval on Job Description (JD) from Managing Director
Sending JD to consultants
Follow up for resumes with the consultants.
Sending resumes to HOD and follow up for feedback.
Arranging interviews at Head Office and Sites
Getting filled up feedback forms from the interviewer.
Good Knowledge in Excel and Power point presentation.
