Job responsibility-
- Recruitment process:
- Taking approval on Job Description (JD) from Managing Director
- Sending JD to consultants
- Follow up for resumes with the consultants.
- Sending resumes to HOD and follow up for feedback.
- Arranging interviews at Head Office and Sites
Getting filled up feedback forms from the interviewers
Good Knowledge in Excel and Power point presentation.
