Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR Department of any Japanese company

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company. The primary responsibilities will include recruitment and managing other HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
    • Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.
    • Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Japanese work culture and business practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
