Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.
- Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Japanese work culture and business practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
