Position of Plant HR Head for Neemrana Location with a Japanese MNC.

Working Days &Time: 8:30~17:30(Mon-Sat)※Every other Saturday off

Job Summary:

As the Plant HR Head, you would hold a pivotal leadership role within the Human Resources department of a manufacturing plant or industrial facility. Your responsibilities would encompass overseeing all HR functions within the plant, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and fostering a positive work environment conducive to productivity and employee well-being. Here are the key duties and qualifications associated with this role:

Most important Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:
Plant HR Heads handle employee relations issues such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring fair treatment of employees. They may also be involved in disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.

Training and Development:
They coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant employees. This includes identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and tracking employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:
They manage compensation and benefits programs for plant employees, ensuring that they are competitive and in line with company policies and industry standards.
Performance Management: They oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

Compliance: Plant HR Heads ensure that the plant complies with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. They may also be responsible for conducting audits and investigations to ensure compliance.

Health and Safety: They collaborate with plant management to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This may include conducting safety training, implementing safety protocols, and investigating accidents or incidents.

HR Strategy: They contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the plant and the company.
