Mission: To coordinate across user departments for smooth business operations and provide necessary analytical sales reports for effective decision making and strategy execution. 

  • Single point of contact (SPOC) for the following internal coordination: 

    • with Procurement – for pricing, uploading the SFDC and order processing 

    • with Engineering / Pre-Sales : verifying the BOQ and timely preparation and sharing of sales quotations 

  • Finance : raising invoices on time 

  • Compute sales forecasting scientifically and apprise the Reporting Manager – Monthly / Weekly / Daily 

  • Communicate weekly sales performance to the concerned stakeholders with an interpretation and executive summary 

  • Accurate reporting of invoicing and revenue generation on a weekly basis 

  • Monitor sales performance closely and apprise the Reporting Manager on areas of concern 

  • Design quality dashboards and share with concerned stakeholders to enhance the organisational awareness of the employees.

Short term deliverables (6 months): 

  • Timely preparation of sales quotations 

  • Initiate coordination amongst user departments 

  • Prepare and share quality sales reports 

Ongoing KPIs:

  • Seamless coordination amongst user departments 

  • Real time support to the reporting manager 

  • Share interpretations of the understanding of sales performance of the organization 

  • High standard analytical reports with inferences and summary being submitted to the reporting manager on pre-decided time intervals 

  • SPOC for all sales coordination activities 

  • Closely monitor the revenue in-flow and inform reporting manager well in advance 

  • Attain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Manage existing customers and create customer profiles

Internal 

Make a quote :

  • Accurately understand information from sales staff and reflect it in quotation 

  • Forecast contract renewals and prepare quotations on time

  • After creation, check it multiple times and agree with the person in charge

Contract management:

  • Manage existing contracts and proactively notify sales personnel

  • Monthly/weekly contract management and report creation

Data analysis and sales planning:

  • Analyze sales performance and plan efficient sales strategies

Knowledge 

  • Graduate in any stream
