- Effective and timely communication& coordination towards Jobs assigned, monitoring shipment status and updating respective clients at regular interval with copy to sales personnel. DSR to customers per their requirement
- System Updating
- Preparation & update quotation / shipment details.
- Ensure operational control /management and visibility of airfreight operations. Ensure effective planning of shipments with carriers for Air Export. CARN registration @ IGI Airport to start own export console @ IGI Airport
- Air import shipments: Error less & Timely filings to IGM with Customs. Documents release (prealert docs/ CAN/ Delivery order) to be released immediately upon shipment arrival. Custom clearance to be arranged within free period.
- Documentation • Release of HAWB/HBL/D/O/Post shipments docs to customers Export: within 3 days of sailing OR as per customer specific requirement as agreed. Import: 2 days of arrival of shipment • Release of MBL/MAWB/D/O From S/Line & Airline • Documents dispatch to customers/ overseas Export: 3 days of sailing Import: Immediately after arrival of shipment
- Co-ordination with Vendor for 1. Timely arrangement of debit notes 2. Documents follow up 3. Verifications of vendor bills per agreed quotation 4. Timely handover of overseas debit note for remittance.

- Experience in Logistics will be preferred
