Position: Senior Executive/AM/Manager-Steel Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: bachelor's degree in Material management, operations, logistics, or engineering
Age: 27-35
Experience; Min 5 years

- Sales & Marketing Abilities: Sales for various steel products and proposal based on customers’ needs.
- Network: Strong global network comprising more than 100 operations and affiliates worldwide.
- Supply & Development Abilities: Supply abilities for raw materials & machineries raised by resource development.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer by driving car to visit customer.
- To Analyze OEM production forecast & new development.
- Coordination with vendors for timely dispatch of material
- Collecting inventory level data from vendors monthly/fortnight basis (FG, WIP, RM)
- Ensure regular stock checks take place.
- Coordination with Logistics and purchase.
- Monitor all vendor performance and evaluate all orders and provide all required approvals.
- Process of import and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments/requirement
- Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
- Ensures that the right material is available internally to meet customer volume demands.
- Making MIS report and share internally for discussion.
- Co-ordinate cross functional activities to reconcile variances from original plans and maintain a view of actual against forecast projections.
- Attend meetings and update others of issues and concerns, when there is a risk of not meeting customer demands or where there are over capacity concerns.
- Regularly follow up for credit balance from customer and account reconciliations.
- Review data and trends and diagnose problems and concerns.
- Timely Checks customer credit status.
- Monitoring of data entry in the system.
- Insurance Handling.
Experience & skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in steel industry, steel service coil centre, steel processing centre or tier-1, tier-2 (Automotive).
- Good analytical and organizational skill.
- Well versed with MS office and excel.
- Good in communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade preferable.
- Japanese trading firm or other trading MNC experience.
