Job Summary

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the Plastic Colorant Division.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • To achieve sales target along with Gross margin and make the PC Division profitable.

  • Providing excellent support to customers in meeting their expectations.

  • Collaborate with Production Team, SCM Team and other departments to ensure aligned strategies and effective market execution.

  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress against goals.

  • Create a 5-year and 10-year plan that outlines the strategic direction and growth objectives for the company.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technological advancements in plastic colorants, adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Strong understanding of the plastic colorant market, including trends, applications and competitor landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently achieving revenue growth.

  • Leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a sales team.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify solutions.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship to maximize their performance.
