| Major Accountabilities | Sub-Accountabilities | 
| Recruitment Process | Creating and revising job descriptions Conducting awareness session for Basic/ Competency based interviewing skills for all levels. Conducting new employee Orientation Program Meeting New Employees periodically to ensure their settling down process smooth. | 
| Employee Development (Training & Career Management) | Managing Annual Training Budget & Annual Training Calendar. 
 Training Need Identification to Evaluation of Training Effectiveness. 
 Conducting Training PAN India for all levels on Behavioral aspects viz. Presentation skills, Communication skills, Supervisory Development, E mail etiquettes, etc Coordinating Leadership Coaching. Meeting ISO requirements | 
| HR Policies, Rewards & Recognition | For employee motivation - Review existing policies & propose new policies. Also revamp the rewards & recognition programs | 
| Compensation Survey | Coordinate/Conduct Compensation Survey with our comparators. | 
| Performance Management System | Helping employees/supervisors to set goals Training to Supervisors for conducting Review and providing feedback to their team members | 
| Competency Mapping | For all positions mapping Competency and prepare Gap analysis and organize subsequent training programs. | 
| Educational Qualification | Masters in HR from reputed institution/experience in handling HRD | 
| Age Experience | 30-35 years 10-12 years approx. |
