• Overall responsibility of QA activities, Process & laboratory
• Responsible for Rejection Control (Internal & External)
• Monitoring and maintaining lab, calibration schedule
• Documentation of IATF /customer specific documentation
• Layout inspection as per plan,
• Layout inspection for NPD,
• Daily casting dimensional inspection (PDI), Documentation as per IATF.
• follow up according to QSP,
• Display visual management.
• Handle In process metal testing by spectro operation,
• Micro analysis, hardness testing, Tensile testing, metallurgical report preparation
