Job Overview: Looking for quality managers having strong expereince into QA and QC for construction sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Propose and implement improvements to construction processes based on site observations and technical evaluations.
Develop, plan, and implement design standards and quality control systems to enhance overall business performance, including businesses invested in by the Company.
Conduct technical surveys, assessments, and studies to evaluate design quality, construction standards, and operational compliance across business units.
Lead and coordinate quality control initiatives for facility management, providing technical guidance and recommendations to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
Formulate, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of environmental policies, sustainability initiatives, and compliance programs across the Company’s business operations and investments.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met throughout project lifecycles.
Monitor, review, and continuously improve quality management processes, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions where necessary
Job Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years on-site experience as construction manager level from any contractor, real estate developer or consultant company.
Experience in dealing with site issues, progress control, and coordination with contractors
Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Experience in client-side supervision or developer-side roles
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; experience with additional design or project management tools is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
