We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control professional to join a leading manufacturing company in the construction machinery industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead QC/QA operations and ensure compliance with industry and Japanese quality standards.
Oversee quality control in construction machinery manufacturing
Conduct welding quality assessments and enhance welding processes for optimal performance.
Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and quality expectations.
Guide and mentor junior QC team members, supporting team expansion.
Travel to Japan (1-2 times per year) to deepen understanding of Japanese-level quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in QC/QA roles within the manufacturing sector.
Work experience in a Japanese company.
Strong knowledge of quality control in construction machinery.
Expertise in welding processes and related quality assurance.
Ability to lead, mentor, and expand the QC team.
