Role: Assistant Manager- QC
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control professional to join a leading manufacturing company in the construction machinery industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QC/QA operations and ensure compliance with industry and Japanese quality standards.
- Oversee quality control in construction machinery manufacturing
- Conduct welding quality assessments and enhance welding processes for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and quality expectations.
- Guide and mentor junior QC team members, supporting team expansion.
- Travel to Japan (1-2 times per year) to deepen understanding of Japanese-level quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in QC/QA roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Work experience in a Japanese company.
- Strong knowledge of quality control in construction machinery.
- Expertise in welding processes and related quality assurance.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and expand the QC team.
