PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for new customer acquisition, new businesses and deliverables to ensure business for the company
- Market segmentation, RFQ generation, Quote preparation, Costing, Revenue generation & Profitability mapping
- Market research and competitor mapping
- Preparing and presenting interactive company and department presentations, MIS
- Department representative for preparation of yearly company budgets and prepare marketing budgets
- Support department head for strategies and guide team members to perform as per required standards
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Manage high value and volume transactions offline. Work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery.
- Liaison with the customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience

- Maintain and grow customer relationship and track customer satisfaction.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
- Customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
- Market Survey, Preparation of market projections & budgets
