Designation- Accounting General Manager
Location- Hyderabad
Experience- Minimum- 5 years.
Age 35-40 years
Qualification: CA qualified
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: -
 At least 5 years of experience in Construction Industry/ Manufacturing Industry
Position summary / job purpose: -

  • Budget, quarterly, monthly, management meeting, board of directors, business reports, KPI management, etc.

  • Preparation and analysis of P/L, B/S, C/F, etc., such as annual and monthly reports, and planning of countermeasures based on management accounting.

  • Analyzing actual incomes & expenditure with budgets & root cause analysis for variances between budget & actual

  • Monthly Budget Data Analysis Meeting with Management

  • Funds management (Cash & Bank Balances)

  • Liasioning with Banks for troubleshooting issues if any

  • Verifying Payment templates on Bank's sites

  • Liasioning with bankers for best exchange rates

  • Monthly P&L & Balance Sheet to HQ

  • Statutory Audit

  • Tax Audit

  • Documentation

  • Liasioning with Govt. officials

  • Financial Statement working as per IFRS (including group audit)

Key responsibilities/activities: -

  1. Knowledge of creating standard costs and actual pricing systems. Monitor actual and standard cost analysis, investigate and report reasons for variances.

  2. Closure of annual financial closing as per IFRS/US-GAAP and I GAAP (Ind AS)

  3. Budgets, quarterly financial reviews, analysis, and implementation of measures

  4. Handling internal and external audits of tax and finance matters

  5. Procedures that comply with regulatory and legal requirements such as PL, BS, CF, taxation, dividends, annual reports, accounting, etc. (including responding to changes in management in the event of a change in the law)

  6. Short-term and medium-term construction of meetings, directors' meetings, business reports, and KPI management

  7. Train and develop talent under team.
