Job Description: - Primary Responsibilities: -
  1. Manage uninterrupted Rental Revenue through LTR <Long Term Rental> & STR < Short Term > Business in the region.
  2. Carry out all presales' activities to promote rental business.
  3. Work with the Local Sales team under guidance from RM and prepare them to handle retail rental orders.
  4. To Focus on Major rental projects and competitor customers to promote LTR business.
  5. Responsible for achieving regional rental targets and revenue for LTR & STR individually and by also by supporting Local Sales team.
  6. Co-ordination with HO and Service Team to ensure uptime of the truck. 
  7. Close monitoring on competitor activities.
  8. Overall responsibility of Regional Rental Targets for the entire south region.
  9. Manage the entire Life Cycle of assets.
  10. Responsible for ensuring not in operation rental trucks numbers are kept minimum.
  11. Responsible for all rental related agreements to support branch, discuss and clarify with customers, and ensure that agreement conditions are followed by all the parties without any deviation.
  12. Handle the challenges emerging out of dynamics at customer end in terms of return of truck before rental tenure.
  13. Responsible for Y o Y Rental business growth
  14. Responsible for timely invoicing of rental charges and maintaining zero pendency.
  15. Responsible for timely collection of AR and its settlement.
Secondary Responsibilities: -
  1. Support local sales engineers on ongoing rental deals by arranging offers/understanding site conditions.
  2. Independent/ Joint Visits with local sales team to follow-up on ongoing rental deals.
  3. Collect all necessary site inputs and pass on HO for offer preparation and submission to customer.
  4. Manage complete Sales Funnel of rental enquiries and provide weekly updates on ongoing deals to HO and seek support as and when requited.
  5. Overall responsible for rental site management including customer relationship/AR Management/Uptime/Coordination with Customer /HO.
Qualification: - Essential: - B. Tech/B.E./DME-Mechanical

Desirable: - M.B.A. (Marketing)
Experience: -
  1. Salespersons with 12-16 Years of experience in MHEs Sales/Rentals with Major focus on managing rental Sales.
  2. Should be well aware of local rental market and target customers.
Competencies Required: - Preference will be given to MHE Industry/Construction Equipment
