Job Responsibilities
To co-ordinate between Customer & Plant regarding delivery of products. If found any issue, then update to management.
Responsible to maintain 5S, Kaizen and HORENSO within the working area.
Check, Supervise, Monitor Inventory Accuracy and make necessary countermeasure to avoid inventory variance.
Critical items monitoring.
Responsible to deal with third party logistics in operation as well as payments.
Logistics-ensuring timely delivery and fulfil customer requirement.
Monitor logistics overall expenses and control over spending money ensure the control of the processes which are affecting the environment/safety of personnel.
Implement, Maintain & recoding of quality documents as per ISO1401:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO9001:2015.
Analyse problem incurred with the department, evaluate and review results by providing best solutions to solve the problem.
To ensure the entire warehouse activities are running smoothly.
Check and supervise all working instructions, signages are within the safety rule, policy, and procedure of the company.
Customer delivery schedule and dispatch management.
To provide inbound and outbound logistic for material.
To ensure accident information to HR dept. in case of any accident.
