Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage internal quality control processes across all stages of production
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and non-conformance reports
- Investigate product defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to address and resolve quality-related issues
- Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Practical knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Prior experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of quality systems, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment
