Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage internal quality control processes across all stages of production
Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and non-conformance reports
Investigate product defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to address and resolve quality-related issues
Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
Practical knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques
Prior experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is strongly preferred
In-depth understanding of quality systems, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment
