Position: Assistant Manager –Technical Sales (Adhesive Sales)
Location: Greater Noida
Education: B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical / Bachelors / master’s degree in science
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Adhesive Sales (Preferably solvent based PSA)

Job Summary
1. Responsible to plan & carry out Marketing and Sales of Solvent Based Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Business.
2. New Customer development and Handling Existing Customer customers to get regular orders.
3. Meeting Principle companies directly, getting their required specs and providing a suitable PSA.
4. Explore new business opportunities through targeted untapped markets in order to enhanced sales growth.
5. Conducting Trails at customer end for new developments or solving any technical issues as and when required.
6. Close Co-ordination with Internal members like Technical, Supply chain, Production etc.
7. Accountable & responsible to build relations with Key accounts and work closely with application people.
8. Keep existing and potential customers up to date on the latest product offerings.
9. Prepare quotations, Sales Aids and other materials.
10. Must manage the sales and marketing mix to ensure value capture for Company
11. Responsible for the growth to scale business.
12. Collection of Payments on time from customers.
