JD:

1.  Assist Senior Management to provide commercial support to existing and new customer for business/ area expansion upstream and downstream segment to promote MS Polymer Technology.
2. Coordinate marketing activities and to promote MS Polymer, working with strategic partners, consultant etc.
3. Plan and propose new marketing action plans and countermeasures to expand sales of MS Polymer®.
4. Create and grow new business by identifying and securing strategic partnerships and business development opportunities for our MS Polymer®
5. Propose, organize, or scout relevant opportunities to be involved in events, conferences, trade shows, etc. to conduct marketing promotion.
6. Track the progress and follow up update of each marketing action plans and obtain feedback from customers & partners involved.
7. Provide information from market with analysis such as latest marketing trends and competitor activities and propose idea to superior that could lead to sales increase.
8. Support to visit end users to conduct market survey for new application development.
9. Prepare written reports summarizing activities as required by senior management (i.e., Monthly Report).
10. Prepare sales forecast documents as required by senior management (i.e., monthly forecast, quarterly forecast, yearly forecast and three-year forecast).
11. Represent Kaneka for industry functions.
12. Prepare market studies and industry analysis as required by Sr. Manager.
13. Periodically meet customers to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Provide immediate response/support to their commercial and technical enquiry.
14. Attend meetings as needed to facilitate the company’s business.
15. Maintain personal files on each account and projects that are relevant to the company’s business.
16. Communicate as necessary with other Kaneka’s Group staff to manage the business successfully.
17. Monitor customers and take action to meet budgeted goals when necessary.
18. Provide information (written and verbal) as necessary to customers to assure achievement of sales contracts.
19. Any other duties or new assignments as assigned by superior.
