Job Title Business Development Manager
Location: Noida
Reporting to: Sales Director or CTO

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s products/Solutions/services & research clients inline to these.
• Prepare sales contracts, NDA, MOUs ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Price negotiation with our suppliers and customers
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Effectively handle multiple projects and Clients

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Updating semiconductor supplier’s advantages and trend
• Capture customer needs and our seeds
• Contribute for New Idea Generation.
• Self-Evaluation and raise training need.
• Training business development/sales staff
• Attending conferences and industry events
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide and track after-sales support to customers

Requirements:
• Semiconductors basic knowledge and work experience
• System block diagram understanding (Technical knowledge)
• Well-developed written, verbal communication, IT and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field Market knowledge
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Ability to build rapport, presentations.
• Time management and planning skills
• Should have attitude to give quality-oriented work and respect companies rules and guidelines
