CAD BIM Mechanical

Job Role- Mechanical-BIM Cad Operator-
Experience- Minimum 3 Years

Job Details	1	Candidates should have sound knowledge of softwares such as AUTOCAD, Revit MEP, BIM.
	2	Knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting & plumbing works, etc.
	3	Prepare P&I Diagram for piping, ducting, equipment schedules, mechanical plant room layout & Shop-drawing HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting  system independently.
	4	Familiar with ASHRAE, SMACNA, ARI, NFPA standards for ducting, equipment and HVAC,fire fighting, plumbing systems.
	5	Co-ordination with other disciplines of services like Electrical / Architectural plans / Maintenance Space/Access & Routing.
	6	To carry out detailed drafting work including translating conceptual Client designs into detailed engineering drawings, flow diagrams and schematics, etc.
	7	Preparation of GA layout and detailing  like, plan, sections & elevations in AutoCAD.
	8	Should be able to review and analyze sketches, specifications, drawings and should follow procedures and designs as per instructions.
	9	To understand of scope between HVAC and other disciplines of architectural, electrical, structural, civil, plumbing, fire protection and Building Automation / Management System.
	10	Knowledge of HVAC Systems with in depth knowledge of AHUs, Ductable Split, Package Units, WTP works , ZLD works ,STP works and pump room works etc
	11	Responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings. Work to meet the targets for Preparation of Drawings.
Desired Candidate	1	Numerate with good communications skills, Familiar with SI units.
	2	Confident and articulate with work.
	3	Good attention to detail. Must be capable of making effective presentations.
	4	Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualification	1	Diploma Holder (MECHANICAL)
	2	Specialisation in BIM.
Work Experience (in years)		Experience is around 4 to 6 years
Salary Range		According to the work experience and capability of the candidate
