Job Summary
Support the DTX group in implementing computational design, BIM workflows, and data management. The role includes creating parametric tools (Grasshopper/Dynamo), maintenance of Revit templates, and maintenance of Database following internal Standards. Candidate will collaborate closely with the Architecture, Structural, and M&E teams and with IT.
Requirements
1. Should have of 5+ years exp. in projects using BIM (Revit) and 3+ Parametrical design (must show portfolio).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong portfolios in computational design and BIM capabilities.
4. Revit – modeling, template use, and family creation.
5. Dynamo or Grasshopper abilities.
6. Use of BIM360 (or Navisworks) for Coordination and clash detection.
7. Ability to collaborate across disciplines (Architecture, STR, MEP).
