Position Overview:
Independently handling Admin operational activities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Hotel & Travel arrangement for employees & Guests.
Drivers management & Car arrangement
Should have experience on VISA / FRRO registration.
Vendor management
Coordination activities between departments & outside parties.
Knowledge on Budget preparation
Verifications of Bills/invoices & process in SAP software
Independently manage Admin activities such as Housekeeping, Security & General administration.
Statutory knowledge on PF, ESI, etc.
Preferred Experience/Exposures:
Candidate should have computer knowledge.
SAP Knowledge
Should have Good & strong communication skills.
Education Qualification:
Any Graduation [Preferably B. Com].
