Key Responsibilities:- - New business development in the Lifestyle domain. → Rather than being a specialist in a single field, this role requires a generalist capable of working across multiple business domains. - Strengthen relationships with leading local partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual value creation. - Launch and scale businesses developed through partnerships, driving commercial execution and securing sustainable profitability. - Drive (future) investment and equity-participation processes with strategic partners, including evaluation, coordination, and internal approvals. -Proactive mindset - Strong stakeholder engagement skills -Should be open to travel regularly - Ability to develop business financial plans (P/L, B/S, C/F) Performance Metrics:- - Launch two or more new businesses within two years, leveraging partner capabilities and TTIPL Group assets. - Achieve over INR 100 million in NPAT within three years as a team.
