Job Description
Develop new business opportunities within the lifestyle domain, working across multiple business areas rather than specializing in a single field.
Build and strengthen relationships with leading local partners to ensure sustainable collaboration and mutual value creation.
Launch and scale businesses developed through partnerships, driving commercial execution and profitability.
Lead investment and equity participation processes with strategic partners, including evaluation, coordination, and internal approvals.
Prepare and manage comprehensive business financial plans, including P/L, B/S, and C/F statements.
Qualifications
Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work across diverse business domains as a generalist.
Strong financial planning and analytical capabilities.
Willingness to travel regularly for business development and partner engagement.
Advanced proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage. Additional languages are a plus.
