The Manager - Legal role is responsible for strengthening corporate governance, compliance, and risk management across the organisation. Its scope includes developing and maintaining internal frameworks, overseeing sensitive compliance matters, and helping the business identify and mitigate legal and organisational risks.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance and corporate governance frameworks
Draft, update, and enforce internal compliance policies
Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies
Manage whistleblower programmes and related internal investigations
Manage third-party risk and associated compliance matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Bachelor of Laws, or an equivalent legal qualification
8 to 15 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in corporate governance, risk, and compliance
Experience managing whistleblower programmes and internal investigations
Experience overseeing third-party risk
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and governance frameworks
