Job Duties & Responsibilities:-
Handle Customers complaints.  MSIL, TKM ,Honda and Tier-1
Process improvements (PQCDSM). And take care Process QA controls
Setting up parameters for checking the quality of incoming material & finished goods.
Ensuring the product specification as per quality system of the plant
Conformance of Quality standards as per National/ International Specification and other certifications and Customers Standard and Drawings
Collecting customer failure data and carry out its analysis with corrective actions to improve product quality. CARV, and ECN and PCN implement , Customer Audits and their finding closures and action plan
Reduce Process and Customer Line Rejection, Customer meeting, Strong rout Cause & Why- Why analysis, handle as team of 15 Staff Engineer, JE and AM and 70 Operators
