1. Collaboration with Production, Maintenance & Corporate Departments for purchase planning.
2. Establish and implementation of purchase policy.
3. Create single window system for purchase activity.
4. Identify cost competitive suppliers and prepare purchase kaizen.
5. Ensure supply of quality, cost competitive products in timely manner.
6. Documentation and approvals preparation for overseas material procurement
7. Managing FIFO in the purchase department
8. Advise to management for enhancing Purchase Department Eco system.
9.  Vendor development, Audit, Compliance and Product life cycle management
10.  Handling imports and Export Shipment and knowledge and customs process and compliance
11. Experience in PPAP and other approval process from OEM for Component and Child parts. 
12. Co-ordination with CHA, Discussion and finalisation of freight forwarder, Logistics service provider etc., 
13. Vendor Negotiation, Ordering and delivery Management, Lean Inventory Management
