Key Responsibilities:
To take care of customer (Key account Manager )
OEM Handling (MSIL/TKM/HONDA) or Moulder/Tier-1/2 handling
Customer complaint handling
Interface between company and customer/RFQ handling
Seeing daily operations/dispatches and ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborating with QA department for effective relationship building.
Supporting the sales team to achieve sales target and Budget making.
Assisting and developing marketing strategies to promote company product.
Critical Skill Set:
Good Knowledge of ERP Software/SAP
Good Knowledge of Excel
Good Communication Skills (Can communicate with the management)
Others: Open to travel
Educational Qualification
Preferably Post Graduate
Relevant Experience in Manufacturing Company /or polymer business / dealing with OEM or Moulder .
