Desirable Requirement:
• Experience in Merger & Acquisition, Investment, New Business Development and Project Management, Business Plan preparation including financial model
• Experience of Market Research, Market Trend analysis etc.
• Worked as consultant in big Consulting firm like E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, etc. in FA or research service division.
• Business Partners relationship management experience.
Job Role:
• Business Development activities for the Organization.
• To study and handle large projects. To be able to manage Merger and Acquisition activities.
• To identify companies with expansion plans, tap international companies foraying into India, make adequate market research and proactively initiate the alliance.
• Identify organizations and establish communications for strategic alliance.
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.
• Implement business models so as to create new ventures.
• High level of interaction and coordination with clients in India, Japan and other countries. High level of communication with both international and domestic markets.
Skills Required (Technical / Soft)
• High commercial acumen and a record of confidently dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Good Leadership and Analytical skills
• A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience: 4-6 years of similar industry experience with good exposure of business development activities
Likely Companies: MNCs, Consulting firms or good Indian Company. Experience of working in a trading company would be preferred.
