Required:
He/She will be in charge of recruiting and training part.
MUST
- Having Recruitment knowledge
- Someone who can review the candidates properly
- Someone who can plan training session for example training for Newcomer, leader and manager.
Preferred
- Having experience of creating/changing employment regulation
- Having experience of working for Japanese MNC
- Experience: more than 5 years
- Gender: preferred Female candidates
- Qualification: MBA
