Job Description -
Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
• Drive organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels.
• Build robust talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
• Lead performance management and career development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement.
• Resolve employee grievances and ensure fair labor practices.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Compliance & Policy Management
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
• Liaise with government authorities and legal advisors as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness.
HR Operations & Systems
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
• Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration
• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between Japanese and Indian teams.
• Promote understanding of Japanese work ethics and business practices.
• Support expatriate employees with onboarding and integration.
