Job Description-

HR and IR: -

- Develops implements, manages, and administers policies and programs related to employee initiatives, employee relations, wage and salary administration, training, orientation, safety, health, and benefits effectively by governmental regulations

- Initiates and oversees the performance evaluation programs through effective communication to employees ensuring compliance.

- Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets and update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule

- Develop labour policies and handle grievance procedures

- Manages the employment process of hourly and salary employees including recruitment, selection, offers of employment, relocation new hire orientation

- Ensure Plant Discipline and take appropriate action on disciplinary issues like dealing with chronic absenteeism, misconducts

- Develops, administers, and/or selects training programs for personnel as needs to arise and coordinates or conducts training sessions to promote a well-educated and safety-conscious work environment.

Administration: -

- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and administration.

- Planning, organizing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the canteen, including daily record-keeping, opening and closing of the canteen, and ensuring all workers sign in and out

- To ensure the maintenance of the cleaning standard as per SOP.

- To ensure that a high standard of personnel hygiene always has to be maintained.

- To ensure that stock records for equipment, toiletries, and consumables are updated on regular basis.

- To verify and audit the equipment for their smooth housekeeping activity.

- To Schedule transportation services, planning of routes, and assign drivers where necessary.

- Liaise between stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation services
