Role and Responsibilities:
- Creates new products and technologies through experimentation, design, and testing
- Conducts market research to determine what products consumers want
- Works with other departments to discuss product concepts
- Develop new parts together with Japanese staff and win orders
- Gathering information and aligning specifications through meetings with customers and suppliers
- Modelling, drawing and strength analysis using 3D CAD
Required Skills：
- JLPT: more than N3
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc)
- Experience in R&D or design for automotive parts
- Experience of studying vibration engineering or physics
- English Skill：Fluent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
