Designation- Manager- Finance & Accounts for Bangalore Location
Job Description:
1. Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial and accounting duties of a company.
2. Preparing, reviewing, and reporting the Monthly/ Quarterly MIS reports.
3. Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
4. Preparation of Budgets and variance analysis.
5. Preparation of income statements, balance sheets, tax returns (Tax audit, Income tax return, TDS returns, Transfer pricing, GST returns and other returns as applicable), and reports required by regulatory authorities.
6. Experience in Handling statutory audits (Big 4) and Internal audits.
7. Addressing the concerns raised by the stakeholders.
8. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
9. Estimating short and long-term financial requirements and planning/ controlling of the cash flow.
10. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
11. Experience in handling a team of more than 10 members.
12. Handling ROC compliances.
13. Compliant enough to handle Income tax, GST and other departmental audits
14. Experience in liaison with the banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
Education: CA/ CWA Qualified with 5-6 years of experience or CA/CWA Semi qualified with 8-10 years experience
Experience: Experience in manufacturing company and related area is a must.
Hands on experience on Microsoft Dynamics is preferable and good command over excel is preferred.
