C. Recruitment & Induction.
1. Manpower planning & planning the recruitment network, recruitment.
2. Assessment and Follow-up.
3. Induction Program implementation
D. Performance Management.
1. Executing performance management system.
2. Monitoring the IR climate.
3. Performance counselling.
E. Training and Development:
1. identifying of Learning Needs.
2. Monitoring of training calendar
3. Measuring training effectiveness
F. Organization Development and Change:
1. Assessment of Employees Capabilities.
