Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure new winding equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, performing repairs and replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and customer communications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Providing guidance and support to the Technicians.
- Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team.
Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or a related degree.
- Proficiency knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge in Design (AutoCAD) software.
- Excellent ability to work under no supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
