(Dy Manager)/ New Graduates-Junior
Role:

• To assist project managers for projects related to our divisional biz activities in automotive, railway, ship, aerospace sectors, including market research, FS, coordination with stakeholders on independent basis.
• To assist the operation of affiliated companies
• To find new biz opportunities and new biz partners in line with divisional yearly, mid-term and long-term biz plans. To develop biz activities with a passion and high aspiration.
• To support department for preparation of divisional reports (monthly, quarterly) as may be required from time to time.
• To lead biz presentations materials, annual biz plan formulation in line with divisional biz strategy under guidance and supervision of AGM, DGM and GM. 
• To respect all team members and collaborate well with other divisional members and with other divisions with cross-functional approach. 

 
SCOPE

• The person will be handling job responsibilities as per above including market research, market reports, support to overall divisional biz activities etc.
• The person should be flexible to move across other mobility offices/ branches in India and out of India, as may be required. 
• The person shall have good communication, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure with efficiency.
• The person shall set up and promote good and strong relations with Mitsui customers and biz partners and also within Mitsui India and Mitsui overseas offices.
• The main customers of division are not only in India but also in other countries such as Asia Pacific, Africa, Japan etc.
• Export/ trading biz and/or M&A experiences are desirable and preferred.

From Institution:

• From Management institution/ Engineering Institution (Postgraduate is preferred)
• Preferred Automotive interest person.
• Good communication and presentation skill including personality.
