Job Location: Bangalore – WTC (Frequent travel across South and West India)
Essential Responsibilities - 
Strategy & New Business Development
• Support development of new B2B service models in facility management, lifestyle services and employer health management.
• Conduct market research and opportunity assessment for emerging lifestyle and healthcare service platforms.
• Identify, evaluate, and support partnership opportunities with operators, developers, hospitals, insurers, and service providers.
 
Investment, Financial Analysis & Project Execution
• Conduct financial analysis, business case preparation, and investment evaluation for new initiatives.
• Support joint venture structuring, commercial discussions, and transaction execution planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving legal, finance, operations, and global stakeholders. 
• Track project milestones and support execution from concept approval through implementation.
 
Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners across Tier-1 and emerging Tier-2 markets.
• Work closely with internal leadership and global teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
 
Field Engagement & Market Intelligence
• Travel frequently across South and West India to support partner engagement and on-ground project development.
• Gather market and field insights to refine business strategy, operating models, and rollout plans.
• Support pilot projects and initial operational setup of new service platforms.
