Native of Karnataka only
Ready to take up Accounts, HR and general admin role
Maybe required to travel to Singapore for training about 1 month
Responsibilities
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the office general administration.
Provide support to HR, Accounts, Logistic administrative related duties.
Responsible for providing secretarial support to Director, including travel and meeting arrangements etc.
Assist Director on follow ups by coordinating with management and staff including headquarter.
Liaise and coordinate with staffs and headquarter on general issues, including companys newsletter.
Assist in activities pertaining to corporate activities.
Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc projects and related duties when required.
Other ad-hoc administrative.
