The candidate must possess one or more of the following:
① More than five years of experience in production engineering (equipment maintenance, facility management, and quality control) within the electrical or machinery manufacturing industry.
② Specialized knowledge in electrical/electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
③ Troubleshooting skills for production equipment, particularly assembly and inspection machines.
④ Proficiency in both Tamil and English to enable smooth communication with local operators.
• A person with knowledge of semiconductors and electronic devices.
• An individual with strong problem-identification skills and logical analytical ability, capable of resolving technical issues on the production floor and contributing to improving the level of quality and equipment management.
