Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction
  Customer Meeting, taking necessary actions for customer issues, tracking FG Stocks

• Defect part handling
  Sharing documents & movement of defect parts to concern dept. Take the details from the customer

• Child part handling
  Material unloading, document verification, material checking, depalletizing, interaction with supplier

• Inventory Management
  Stock monitoring sheet, monthly physical inventory, submitting monthly stock audit report

• Handling dispatch activities
  Follow up with production team to achieve dispatch as per plan

• Manpower Handling
  Team handling

• Documentation
  Create supportive documents for regular activities
