Roles and responsibilities: -
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct experiments, gather data, and analyze results to inform process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement initiatives to minimize waste and improve yield.
