Required Skills
・At least around 10 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry.
・Knowledge and experience in developing and training local staff.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in procurement operations at a Japanese company.
- Japanese language proficiency sufficient for smooth communication with the Japan headquarters (equivalent to JLPT N3).
- Experience participating in or leading factory start-up projects or large-scale organizational restructuring projects.
