Duties and Responsibilities
- Create list of prospective customers using company own database and online search Cold call and visit hospitals for sales activities
- Meet with doctors, surgeons, hospital staff and administrators and utilize sales skills to persuade them to purchase company's products
- Build relationships with hospital staff
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
- Create documents supporting sales activities including presentations
- Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
- Provide product demonstrations and support
- Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
- Communicate with IT, Accounts, and management to improve customer experience Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
- Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in field of science or management Experience
- At least Minimum 5-6 years' experience in the same field. Preferred
Other Requirements
Experience with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint Experience in developing and delivering presentations Willingness to travel extensively throughout the country Strong communication and negotiation skills
