Job Role:
• The Candidate will be responsible to implement policies and procedures with
respect to Administration
• Cost-effective management of office facility
• Manage Repair and maintenance of office facilities
• Effectively negotiate with vendor for cost and services
• Prepare report for management related office expenses
• Manage office IT and Smart Device Facilities properly
• To maintain office assets, manage support staff, vendor management etc.
• Liaison with government agencies if required
• Maintain Expats residence and Office. FRRO support.
• Troubleshoot IT Issues.
• Facilitation of invoices preparation processing and making accounting entries
through SAP.
• Maintain the internal financial controls and address compliance related issues
• Coordination with the Tax authorities under HO guidance
• Maintain documentation as per the Company rules.
• Diligent implementation of accounting and Taxation rules
• Preparation of the relevant Data for GST compliance in coordination with HO
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising
outsource staff.
• Maintenance of documentation for internal records.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports,
summarizing information and identifying trends.
• Support in hotel and flight bookings of senior staff.
