Key Responsibilities
- Should have experience in export customer quality assurance activities.
- Coordination with manufacturing, assembly, packaging shop for customer problem analysis.
- Periodic interactions with export customers to understand quality related concern.
- Conduct product audits and assure quality of 2-wheeler parts and assemblies.
- Perform root cause analysis of product failures, warranty claims, and field concerns.
- Validate new models/parts for durability, reliability, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate field performance data to initiate quality improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Support continual improvement initiatives in product assurance.
