PPAP and Customer Submissions: Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and prepare submissions for customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer relationships and communications effectively.
APQP and Quality Planning: Understand and prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documentation.
MIS-P Preparation: Prepare Manufacturing Inspection System Procedure (MIS-P) documents.
PPVT and Validation: Complete Production Part Validation Testing (PPVT) with customers.
Material Knowledge: Understand various materials, including sheet metal, plastic, and casting.
Supplier Trial Management: Analyze and report results from trials conducted at supplier facilities.
Project Timing Plan: Create and manage project timelines.
Drawing Study and Creation: Study and create drawings, with proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (desirable).
ECN and PCN Management: Understand and prepare Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and Process Change Notice (PCN) documents.
