Job Summary

As a part of the team, you will manage end-to-end Site HR & Admin intervention for employees (local and onsite) including the entire employee life cycle, Administration, learning and development, etc. You should be a keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization; and possess the ability to motivate people to achieve organizational objective.

Minimum Requirements

1. Responsible for overseeing all generic admin functions of the site.
2. At least 3- 5 yrs. of relevant Admin work at the site in CONSTRUCTION companies
3. Liasoning with local govt body Labor Department, BOCW Department, Panchayat, DM, etc
4. IR General, Administration, and day-to-day operations, statutory compliance (BOCW, PF, ESIC knowledge is a must), commercial
5. Basic Accounting, ie - expenditure statement etc
6. Should have excellent comm skills with multitasking capabilities
7. Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and PowerPoint.
8. Knowledge of Budget & Expenses,
9. Coordination - with various authorities in and outside the company
10. Handling & maintaining correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations as required.
11. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance; coordinating with various governmental agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters + Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices
12. Developing vendor relations, evaluating their performance, managing contrite acts to obtain the right cost for services, and monitoring contract’s expiry & initiation of reprocurement.
13. Developing & negotiating with vendors, managing contracts for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable terms
14. Formulating and implementing corporate admin policies in the organization employees
15. Resolve critical employees’ grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations, keeping compliance with various in employees' laws and promoting employees’ welfare activities.
16. Managing various activities like transportation, housekeeping, security, purchase of stationary & office equipment • Scrutinizing and ensuring timely payment of all office administration bills such as electricity, annual maintenance contract of equipment
17. Monitoring safety and security services of the office on top priority ensuring safety norms
18. Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of business operations and assist in critical decision-making process; handling & maintaining correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations as required
19. Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices
20.Knowledge of VISA.FRRO and Expat Services
21. Looking after House Keeping of the Office area, Canteen, and Labour camp and ensuring safety, security, and hygiene.
22. Candidate should be ready for relocation after the project completion,
23. Candidate having good knowledge of employee relations, welfare, Expat related services.
24. Candidates have must knowledge of ERP, SAP or Account related work.
25. Responsible for all administration aspects of the association headquarters, staffing, facilities, database management etc. at various construction project sites.
26. Directs the Personnel function of the association including grievance procedures, discipline, policy and procedure development and implementation of same, benefits administration for specified project site.
27. Liaison with the statutory agencies, PF, ESI, Labor Commissioners, and compliance.
28. Responsible for all statutory compliance pertaining to project sites including obtaining necessary license.
29. Implement and maintain a harmonious and comprehensive IR/ Administration environment at Project Sites.
30. Check and provide clearance for subcontractor bills after ensuring statutory compliance.
